  I made a reservation for Citroen C4 Picasso, which is big enough for 4 persons with luggages. I booked the car a few months before the trip. When I came to the front desk, they gave me the keys for Seat Ibiza. "No Citroen available, this Seat is big enough for You" said the rather unfriendly lady, and gave 3,5 euros per day discount (24€ for the renting period...). Well, when we saw the car it was a shock! I can tell You it wasn't even close to C4... Car was very dirty (like You can see from the picture, speed meter is hardly visible, and service light is blinking), we couldn't fit our luggages on it and one of our group had to take a taxi. I complained them right after I saw the car but they didn't do anything.

  Great company. No hidden extras like other companies for child booster seats, insurance etc. Transparent pricing and reasonable competitive prices for automatic cars.

  The best car rental I have ever used. No deposit. Good price. Free changes. No hidden costs for example for fuel. But (!) The only thing I did not like was the lack of help with the assembly of the baby car seat. In spite of my requests none of the servants did not want to react. Baby car seats poor quality and dirty. It would be better to take your own. Auto as for such a low price was ok. Technical condition I rate at 3.5 / 5. I would recommend. If the service helped me with the seat the rating would be 5/5.

  The process to complete the paperwork, get your keys and be on your way was quick and easy. Staff are friendly and the cars are clean.

  Great car rental company. Straight forward collection. paperwork dealt with whilst waiting for baggage collection so saved time. easy pick up. car was fine. just return with same fuel as you left with. left car in bay, gave keys to counter. very simple and straight forward. full insurance included. 5 door air con £80 for the week.

  Next day I wrote an e-mail to tell the situation. At first they told me there's no cars available until next week or so, but I said I can't drive a car because service light is blinking, who knows what can happen. They finally found me a bigger car. Car was big enough, Opel Zafira, quite old and rugged but it was working. So, after a difficult start and a few mails I finally got the car I had booked.

  When I went back to return the car, they tried to charge me a half tank of petrol. We had made a contract during a time I changed the car, that I will get Opel with full tank and I can return it with a quarter of a tank, because I returned the first car Seat with full tank. Now Opel had half tank on it, and they said You must pay for it. I tried to explain the situation and I even showed the e-mail to prove it, I had the contract also in the car but I didn't remember it at that time, I was so pissed... they believed me at the end, but I got the feeling I won't use this company again.
