  Everything was perfect, no problem with shuttle (Airport exit n. 6 and the beginning of parking places in steep slope), friendly staff, very, very nice and new cars, no extra costs. I have a lot of experience of car rental companies in Tenerife and Avis is one of the best.

  Information at the airport about the bus stop for the shuttle bus to the actual site was completely incorrect. It took us 45 minutes to find the right spot (when out of the building immediately left, carry on to the taxi stand, cross the street, then left to the police station). At the site the staff was friendly and helpful.

  You need to get there by shuttle. We got to airport late and instructions were to go to office two. They said shuttle had gone. No clear instructions. We all ran around without a clue. Then someone said, it's up there. Stampede to get shuttle. Place is in the middle of nowhere. Hard to get to even with Google maps. Once there, very quick and swift service. Won't be using Budget in South Airport again. Btw, I am normally positive about hotels, etc.

  The worst rent a car I ever had. First of all, nobody knows that you have to take a shuttle bus to the car rent place. The good thing is, that the shuttle is a service from car rental. I booked a mini car -as Hyundai i10 or Kia Picanto-. As I arrived, they told me, they have not got this class, I have to take a car one class higher but for the same price. Ok no problem! But the fully Insurance that I have booked was 23 Euros higher plus they added a "tank refill service" for 19 Euros. I did not have time at 11:45pm, so I did not want to discuss. So just take care about it.

  V poor experience. Arrived at airport and had great difficulty finding the bus pick up point. NO SIGNS! WHY NOT? Collected keys and paperwork showing no damage to car. On inspection found a number of very obvious issues; dent, broken light, missing wheel cover, numerous scratches. Then had tui waste time getting someone to come out and confirm all the damages. Not a great start to our holiday. Doubt that I would use Budget / Avis again in Tenerife.
