  Friendly staff, nice car & no problems even when we had lost the contract. The only thing is that if you don't take insurance they "block" 775 EUR from your credit card. After coming back we found that they hadn't "blocked" the 775, they actually charged them and they gave them back. As far as I know, this is not a common practice (our card is in GBP and the exchange rate ended up favouring us and we "won" 5 GBP because of the transaction but it well could have been otherwise, which is unfair!

  They fooled us, we bought an insurance at home for the hole trip, I had to leave a deposit (260€) and I was told, that I will get everything back.

  Staff was friendly. Everything went well. Car was in a good condition. Pick Up took a bit long. Process is not very efficient. They need to reenter all information after booking online. The return went very fast.

  We made an online reservation and paid for the car upfront. At the airport we had to wait an absurdly long time (close to 50 minutes!) in the line before it was our turn to pick up the keys and finalize the paperwork. The line wasn't even that big but the process to pick up a car is inefficient. People were getting impatient and started to cut in front of us. Nevertheless the staff was friendly and helpfull. The car was very clean (interior and exterior) and nearly new. This could have been an excellent experience if it wasn't for the waiting line upon arrival.

  A little understaffed when we arrived, which resulted in a 40 minute wait for just five other customers ahead of us. But the car was clean, new-ish and in good order.
