  Gave a broken car (battery was dead and wouldn't charge). Had to spent couple of hours and myself go to change to another car. Not recommended.

  Above expectations!!! The care we received was a VW Caddy almost new - only 3000km on board and we drove it for another 600km. The car had a few scratches but the interior was impeccable. I cannot speak for the other customers but I was very satisfied with their service. I'm recommending them to all of my friends traveling to Tenerife!!!

  Avoid at all costs. We waited almost 3 hours in the sun with 3 young children, after a four and a half hour flight to tenerife and so did many others. We were eventually given a car full of dents as many others were and were told by the rep to not worry about it! Anyway, once we were on our way the clutch would stick and you would have to manually pull it out. Once back at the villa, the side door almost fell off and came off its runners, so that you could no longer close the door. I had to drive the car back the next day with the door fully open as they wouldn't come and exchange it. Once in their office they accused me to my face of being a bare faced liar as I must had been in an accident. After being passed their mobile to speak with boss after boss, they eventually backed down and have me a like for like car that was even more best up and stank of smoke. At least the clutch worked! This company are renting out cars to families that are absolutely not road worthy and unsafe. Never experienced anything like it.
